spring/summer capsule, 2024
these are all my clothes–slouching around, cleaning, going out, dressing up.
i have far more cardigans than i can possibly wear and i feel like i’m getting tired of them, so mostly they are on hooks by the front door to wear if i get cold downstairs or need to dash out.
accessories
i have a history of having too many bags. i still have too many, but i have found, after buying a bucket Dooney (which i will be selling), that i need one large bag with smaller bags inside it. it is a system that takes a bit of planning, but has been working better than anything else i’ve done. i will likely be getting a summer backpack similar to this one, maybe a Patricia Nash. this Jessica Simpson is so perfect–it even has an animal print lining so you can see what’s in your bag.
the hat this black hat is my go-to, in every season. and i feel like Audrey Hepburn whenever i wear it.
i have started wearing sneakers most of the time. the Blundstone boots are for every sort of function when i want to feel tough or fancy or cool, otherwise i’ve been in HOKAS. but today i went shopping and picked up the UGG sandal for special, and the new HOKA sandal/shoe that should be very versatile (similar to a keen) the ON should be in my hands by the beginning of may.
