My wardrobe of dresses is made possible by Thigh Society underwear/shorts. I have also discovered these capri leggings with pockets (Old Navy). I will be getting many pairs. The only time I’ll be wearing tee-shirts/shorts is when doing PT at the Y.

I am thrilled with my new backpack/tote. I also, after thinking about for a long, long time, bought the Patricia Nash accessories from TJ Max. I am enjoying using these pretty things.

I wear sneakers most of the time. When I dress up I’ll be in the Blundstone boots, but my new black leather Hokas are a nice option for casual dress.

I’ve been working toward a wardrobe of dresses, and I am mostly there. I have pants and blouses, on “stand-by.” I just bought a bunch of Old Navy dresses with collars. I’m replacing all my dresses that don’t have collars, because I’m a little self-conscious about the back of my neck, a little hump, so this is an easy fix.
looking ahead. i’m trying to focus on what i actually wear. it never gets cold here, and as a large plus-size person, i don’t get very cold anyhow. i do need a funeral outfit, and something appropriate for weddings and serious dress up.

dress up~
i have a few options that i keep on hand. a lot of the things above would work fine, like the red dress, but for a funeral i would want something more formal, or i might want to really dress up sometimes. a duster can make almost any thing very dressy. i have a black one and a geometric print (not animal).
