still not wanting to get up in morning. mask annoying the hell. upped back hurts every morning. this morning hips hurting a bit. must get to pool today.

breakfast Big breakfast, with bacon, McDonald's. Gave 1 piece bacon to Lulu, 1/2 biscuit too. no butter.
lunch--india mahal, lots of cumbers and tomatoes. a little rice, very. a bit of nan. one pakora.
afternoon--granola blueberry candy bar, two packets Quaker oatmeal with raisins and walnuts as I was having a huge sweet tooth.
evening--apple, two WW cheese sticks.
