alcohol--3 beers Saturday, followed by three wonderful days with energy enough to go go. 1/2 beer last night.
woke up again at 3:30, with worse pain. does the alcohol affect my sleep? i am not sure. i do know that a lot does. but very small amounts?
have discovered a thing better than diet coke. iced tea with oranges. brew the tea slice up the orange and throw it in. it gets better the longer it sits in the fridge. plus, if you make it strong enough, you can drink almost all of it, then add water and it still tastes like the tea. then drink most of that and add water and it still tastes like the tea.
only bad thing about tea? it makes me pee pee pee.
have taken 1 1/2 oxy which is twice what I usually take but when the hip hurts it really really hurts. glad to report that it seems to be working. wouldn't have taken it, but have workshop today and MUST go. it's been a month what with bad weather and bad flu yuck.
one drug that definitely helps with pain--Valium. Dr. said, yes, of course. another thing that helps? getting my mind off my pain.
good thing this morning. mood = good.
