doctor's assistant thinks i have carpal tunnel. will have nerve study. better not hurt.
he started me on a curcuim supplement.
he said i MUST give up artificial sweeteners, except for stevia which is what i use already.
so no more diet coke.
he told me there is no evidence, medical or anecdotal, that night shade plants affect arthritis. but he said that with his patients and with himself, avoiding gluten helps a lot of people. he said it changed his life. he is no purist/fanatic, but no gobs of bread no no. i have pretty much figured out that bread is a vehicle for butter or cheese or oil which means it has a lot of calories and I have not been eating much of it, though the Lent thing fell through. all bets are off if you get the flu.
my fitness pal is great. just becoming aware. it's like the eat this, not that thing. just had a hash brown patty two strips of fackon and an egg. 280 calories.
doctor's assistant told me to never go to the pool two days in a row. said to go two days a week. which is what is was doing. except two days in a row.
right hip still hurting but not bad enough for medicine.
i'm bit spacey but mood is good. will see counselor shortly. have class tonight.
here's to another good day.
