it's hard to sleep with the braces on my hands. i sleep with my hand and wrist under the pillow and it would be difficult enough to teach myself not to do it, but i have discovered that if i don't have this slight elevation of my head, my Vader mask sinks too far into the pillow. doubly so annoying. i will have to find a solution.
part of me wants to go to the pool but it is so yucky outside and i am so sore from the last two days that i have pretty much talked myself out of it. and it just started raining again. so there. however i think i will pull out this never-used yoga mat and do some stretches. when i saw the gorgeous lovely fabulous Dr. Brackett and he did the range-of-motion exam, i was able to do everything, but it all hurt. i have range of motion. i even just bent right over and touched my toes when he told me to, which i have not been able to do in a while. but i have always been limber, loosey-goosey in spite of my high tension level. i think that often, i develop pain because of tension. it's not so much the chair that is uncomfortable, it's that the company is so good and i get excited and tense. blah blah.

nothing except trouble sleeping last night
