But oh the pain the fever the awful the yuck suck hollow bone of this thing, this fibro these muscles these calves this pain these machines tormenting these hips.
The rheum doc seemed to suggest that I have been doing too much exercise and that I need to increase gradually, slowly. And the fibro text I’m reading says the same. I need to figure a way to work with a trainer.
I am seeing my therapist tomorrow evening. I am going to call allergy clinics to see who can do the proper food allergy testing for fibro, which are slow immune responses and require special tests.
I am getting into the pool and then doing a bit of body work with Noel, a massage therapist.
I am going to the bank.
Then I will spend the rest of the day preparing for my poetry reading tonight and resting, resting resting.
And mentioning which, I took a pain pill last night and was able to sleep for nine hours.
So on this day, 12/3/14, my mood is good. I am completely free of the Savella. My pain is coming back, but at the moment I am okay and looking forward to the day. If I can just wake up.
